1. Chinese Democracy
2. Shackler's Revenge
3. Better
4. Street Of Dreams
5. NEW SONG (If The World was to be a b side, Axl even mentioned on tour that it was a joke with Bond movies' songs)
6. There Was A Time
7. NEW SONG (Catcher In The Rye was a mess and needed a clean up instead of more recording, IMO)
8. Scraped
9. NEW SONG (Riad N' The Bedouins was ditched even in 2006 even if it was played heavily on 2002)
10. Sorry
11. NEW SONG (I.R.S. sounds too 99 and is the song that sounds more "off" the record than others)
12. Madagascar
13. NEW SONG (This I Love was mentioned by Axl on the chats as "only in the album cause Robin and Tommy insisted so much)
14. Prostitute

In Slash's latest album, are the lyrics wrote by him?

They seem VERY fit, even for the fight between them aiming popularity:

"The only thing that makes me whole again,
Is to stand right here before you in the sun, oh,
I'll keep running til the very end"

the funny thing is they have completed a shitload of touring on their own under Team Brazil. If they get an album out, it will be hard to continue the criticism as they will have done more in 2 years than all the "proper" management did in a decade.

But is it funny?

A conspiracy theorist could suggest they obstructed and warped prior management's relationship with Axl to maintain their own positions of influence with him. Theoretically then after sabotaging events for the better part of a decade, they then exercised the ultimate coup.....leveraging control of his personal life and their status as adopted family to obtain business control also "no more managers or we quit being your family". Thus...the "family based" management is able to achieve more because it doesn't have to work 24/7 to prevent reunions or other events that could derail their status.

Sound paranoid? But then you read how Bucket was bullied out of the band and so on...you think about how Slash was denied access to Axl when he showed up to resolve it...how people like Jarmo were adopted into the fold and given unimaginable access to the band as long as he installed a bunch of censorship of opinion and only publishes selective truths....and all of a sudden it only seems partially paranoid.

Also, more recently, Duff was denied access to Axl and, if he didn't have entered the room anyway (the "I've seen him naked before" episode), they would've managed it to be something else than just two old friends meeting.

I believe that they twist and manipulate things in order to keep control of Axl.

If it was truly a real band, no one would be talking like this about BBF. If Steven or Joe started talking shit about each other or the future of Aerosmith again, we'd all laugh it off or take sides, but there'd be none of this talk of being unprofessional. With Bumble, it's looked at as talking shit about his employer, not his band mate. Again, nothing earth-shattering here, just pointing out the obvious. Rock is like Pee-Wee Herman's death scene in Buffy, everytime you think it's dead, it rears up to loudly die some more.

This.

Guns N' Fucking Roses has been reduced to a rich boys wedding band that serves as an employer to the Lebeis' family and agreggates.

Sad but true.

Congratulations, DCK! It must be like holding your child in your arms!
All the best!

We'll probably have someone leaving (probably Bumblefoot), a period of absolute silence followed by a bunch of leaks, then a replacement for Bumble, a "riding the leaks moment" tour and an album two years later.

Think 2006.

yep...nice post Faldor and D too....good posts all around. At some point, Axl needs to decide whether he wants to be an artist or a commercial whore. If he wants to be an artist, then he needs to get out of his contract and go independent. It is a very tough road to travel if you think you can do both in this music industry climate.

I've stated several times before that Axl has become both Money and Record Company's bitch for some time now.

I wouldn't be surprised to know that he's touring to pay for something related to not promoting/Best Buy videos never released or even recording costs AND maintaining his style of living.

Unlike Sorry lyrics, he caved in.
