The reworked Better is an atrocity. Makes it sound like some lame mainstream rock radio single.
Better is a mainstream rock radio single, it has always been that way. Why do you think its the one song from the album that got a music video.

And I'm being absolutely serious when I say this, I wish they'd release Rock The Rock for download. I'm tired of having to keep going to Youtube to hear it.

They will always open with Jungle, play Nov Rain somewhere in the middle and close with Paradise City,
When is the last the opened with Jungle.
Everytime I saw NITL Tour they opened with Its So Easy, same with everytime I saw the AFD Tour.
I think Chin Dem tours are the last time they may have opened with WTTJ.

The fact that Slash said nothing at all about recording, or working on new material with GNR in yesterdays interview is not a good sign.
Did things not work out, has the album idea been put on hold for now with more shows booked for 2020 instead.

My thought would be they will give us some best of release with a few new songs first to help support another tour.
Their has been rumors that claim to be from an inside source saying that GNR will release an EP in March of 2020 followed by a full album.
