That Bills/Vikings game was the best/worst game I’ve seen in awhile. Highly entertaining but some really bad execution & decisions down the stretch. Bills are so talented but they play very loose and that has hurt them these last two years. They should’ve won that game easily about 5 different times. Credit to Minnesota for hanging in there and taking it away. Big boy win for sure.
I kind of feel bad for McDaniels. I THINK he’s a good coach, but he surely hasn’t shown it on his own. I understand the appeal to coaching the Raiders and in Vegas. But that team hasn’t been the most stable over the years. Felt like he could’ve held out for a better opportunity or just wait out Belichick to retire. Gruden and Mayock really screwed up their drafts in their short time, so the roster is lacking good young talent. It could be a tough rebuild and McDaniels likely won’t be given too much time to turn things around. He really hasn’t earned that.

Justin Fields playing real well the last 3 weeks. Maybe starting to figure things out with better coaching and stability around him. Still in full rebuild mode, but some promising developments. Earlier this year they looked completely inept on offense. I had the displeasure of seeing them destroy the Patriots, which started this run for them.

No way you didn’t know this… what Axl did back in 1990/1991 was really impressive. Sounds fantastic.
Had no idea. Makes sense why it took so long to get it just the way he wanted it to sound though. He might be too much of a perfectionist for his own good considering the lack of musical output over the years.

I didn’t realize all the orchestra music in the original was performed by Axl. Just assumed it was an actual orchestra like in the video. Pretty impressive.

Count me in as cautiously optimistic. The songs exist, it’s just a matter of getting them out to the public. That’s always been the main issue. They did it with Absurd & HS though so I guess they’re just waiting for the right time. 11/23?

Anybody going to step to the Flood in fantasy this year? YAWN
Mercury Morris and the 72 Dolphins have the champagne on ice patiently waiting for your team to lose. I just did a quick check. You have the most points in the league and the least points against. Not even challenged yet.
Neemo, if you read this, you're down a QB. Might want to make a change there. It's not too late.

Nothing said NFL Sundays in the 1980s like Pat Summerall reading the promo for “Murder, She Wrote” #RIPAngelaLansbury pic.twitter.com/KCbViybglL

I don’t remember the pause after Murder from Summerall, but apparently it was legendary.

We get little.
And the little we get comes out very slowly .....
No argument there. But I don’t think Axl is steaming mad that his “incompetent” management can’t get material released. He seems quite content. Much happier than when pre CD management was “pushing him”. We don’t need to like it, but we get a happy Axl and half assed efforts on releasing things.

Problem is, Axl doesn’t take well to management these days. How many managers did they cycle through before setting on Team Brazil? They pretty much handle things the way he wants them to, I imagine. Or, he respects and cares for them so much that he won’t “fire” them at this point. So we get what we get and we don’t get upset.

Scary injury for Tua last night. Initially I didn’t think the hit looked that bad, and I don’t thing it was dirty, but he went down with a good amount of force. The obvious question that’s being investigated is if he should’ve been cleared to play in the first place after it looked like he was possibly concussed just 4 days earlier. Now 2 possible concussions in a week, not good! It was god damn scary to see his fingers pointing in all different directions as he laid motionless on the field. Hope he recovers quickly and is alright going forward. I assume he won’t be playing again for quite some time. Do the right thing, this time. Just hope it isn’t too late and this doesn’t have serious ramifications on his career/life. Hopefully this is all just an overreaction, but it was an ugly scene in the moment for sure.
