Man, I hope they play someone near me.  Last time they were coming to Reno, they canceled on me.  It really pissed me off because I was planning on going to Inland Invasion before I found it they were playing here.  I was e-mailing Ron and shit too and was all stoked to meet him!

Man, that does suck. Hope you get to see them this time and meet Ron, dude.

WAY TOO MUCH attempt at looking "young"

Eh, I don't really mind. I don't think they're trying to be young, just trying to stick out in their own style.

Axl's current look always comes across to me as a truck driver with scarfs. Not trying to be youthful.

Axl looks like a trucker in my avatar.

It's like with Steven Tyler. Steven found a way to stay youthful, keep an ever-evolving style and hairstyle, and continues to be a trendsetter (see the feathers in all the girls hair after his Idol job?) Tyler stays the man.

Axl looks like an old man trying to look youthful.

Maybe it's just my opinion and a couple others, but the guy in that outfit w/ jewelry looks like the equivalent of a nearly 50-year old man with spiked blonde-frosted hair, in a Aerospatale t-shirt, cargo shorts, and sandals with black wayfarer sunglasses.

Act your age. Obviously within reason, but there's ways to be cool, yet age-appropriate.

Axl just looks like he's trying too hard.

I keep forgetting you are in Reno.  I'm out there every 2-3 years for a bowling tournament.  One of these years I'll have to buy you a beer.

Hell yeah brotha! 5

Orlando date now on Ticketmaster:

Guns N' Roses
Amway Center

So it's Orlando on the 28th and Miami on the 29th. Both shows are on Ticketmaster currently.

Is 9PM the supposed start time for GNR or the opener?  If it's the opener, Guns won't be going on until midnight.  I'm sure that would go over well with the crowd/critics.

Ticket prices are nice and reasonable.

It might be the opener... BUT, what if GN'R are planning to only have ONE opener this time around, and hit the stage around 10:30p?

Either way, i'm glad they added the Orlando date. I would much rather go to that show than Miami. Cuts the drive time in half.

if i saw that concert listing over here i would assume DOORS OPEN @ 9
& therefore i wouldn't expect the support act to be on til 9.30/10
& if that's the case then under normal circumstances i'd expect the main act on @ 11pm
but with GnR i wouldn't be showing up until near or after midnight!

i'd be surprised if there is a support band with it starting so late. GnR should be on about 10 by my reckoning, more like 10:15/25. or 11.
who knows really. depends on what the big guy is watching on tv or whether he's bored with his escort(s).. or is just being a bitter dick to the promoters & fans. you never really know til the lights go out, part of the excitement for better & for worse..
glad to see him back on the saddle in the US tho..

Are they going to just have tour dates drip out one by one? Surely a big announcement like the Canada tour would generate a bit of hype?
