Re: Santiago, Chile - October 5, 2011
Does he have a backing track? In the above clip, his voice carries on when he says stop.. Hmmm...
Axl has had a backing track ever since they've been toruing after CD's release. Not on all songs but on pretty much all the CD songs

It was especially noticeable at the Rio show when Axl would drop out. I could swear there was a backing track on This I Love when Axl dropped out that kept playing.
on til
he missed the first line of the second verse and there was nothing so no
He's ALWAYS had one on CD and Shackler's no question. I never notice dit ever on TIL

he was by far better in 2010. At least from the shows I saw.
2006
Hammerstien - good vocals
Calgary - terrible vocals
Edmonton - terrible vocals2010
Calgary - amazing vocalsway to base it on one show
have u seen boots/youtube vids?
Are you fucking shitting me? I CLEARLY stated I based me opinion on "from the shows I saw" And yes from the boots I also saw I'd say 2010 was WAY better. I wasn't even going to see them in 2010 untill I saw the boots of how good his voice was.
Did you see them live in person in 2006 and 2010? What's wrong with basing my opinion on specific shows I saw in the same venue? NOTHING. Unreal.

Just got to listening to this.... setback.
That's a pure 2002 LALD.
And the scream is nice, but i've heard better (Pittsburgh 2002).

I frankly don't remember the song. But I do remember there being backing tracks on the CD songs.

down boy, down
u like to argue, dont you?
anyways....
you saw one show in 2010 and
you said your opinion was based on shows (not boots)
................................
all from your testimony
axlin and i were talking in depth about 06 vs 2010 vocals
not something you can base on only one show from either year
which is what you had done up to that point
i saw them in '06 and they havent come to my neck of the woods since
his voice was great in 2006 but, based on boots, i prefer 2010 cause it is raspier and more consistent IMO
