Might as well lock this one down too, but I saw Sturgis resulted in 100 cases already. Which means tenfold possibly upwards of 1,000. I'm sure the older folks in whatever town they live are pleased about that, that they brought it back into their community. Good lookin out for each other.

Apparently the uk is getting close to a 2nd national lockdown (England anyway).
With a no deal brexit in Jan finally happening, this us headed for disaster.

So that means the benefits of any possible vaccine are also going to quickly wane. At least one study said that 85% of those infected wore their masks all the time!

Not quite, immunity from infection is apparently never as strong as what you can get from a vaccine. Does suggest a vaccine that gives immunity forever is a long shot. This may be something like the flu shot where folk need to take it each year - potentially even more frequently.
Key thing is you can get the virus to almost die out if you cut off opportunities for it to spread. If you deployed enough vaccine and got +70% to be immune for a few months that would possibly be enough.
