Boars Head was always popular on the east coast . But as a kid I was scared of their logo! That pig looked like a killer!

Bought my kid a half pound of Boars Head sandwich pepperoni this morning.
I’m in New England and Boars Head is all over the place as the de facto “premium brand.”
James - we’d never see a sack of Tamales like that. Anybody from here that travels west raves about In-N-Out. People love what they haven’t got.

So true....
In N Out is great but IMO it has a LOT to do with the garbage quality of fast food in general today.
Back in the good old days, people didn't only crave In N Out here. They also craved....

Carl's Jr
Del Taco
Round Table pizza
Foster Freeze
Hell.... even chili dogs/nachos from 7-11.
All that stuff is barely edible now.
The chain people are sleeping on is Habit burger. Unfortunately they were bought out by Yum Foods(KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hit, etc) so it's just a matter of time before they're not going to be any good.
I'm gonna be going to Safeway again in a few days. I'll try a couple more.
