Re: New NIN single w/Robin released...
Man, this is turning into a cosmic joke.
Finck in GNR over a decade= one released song
Finck in NIN for five seconds= one released song
Man isn't that the truth! To top it all it kicks ass...Axl is in for a rude awakening when (if) CD is ever released and no one but a few obsessives like us even give a shit.

Re: New NIN single w/Robin released...
Good points, DTJ and madagas! I do think he's been working with Trent much longer and while GN'R might have not been aware of that situation, it's a strong possibility that Robin left Axl's camp a long time ago, but Axl decided not to update us as bad news aren't welcome in his world. Robin's never been my favourite guitarist, although I assumed he did some pretty good job on the 'new songs'. I wish him the best.

is it me or this song sounds a bit like U2s discotheque?
not a nin fan but this song is not bad.
im guessing that when gnr tour was over axl n robin didnt have much contact(or none at all) with each other. i think axl heard about robins return to nin - like the rest of us - from the forums.

Re: New NIN single w/Robin released...
Just so you guys know you can get the real, studio version from nin.com . The quality is obviously somewhat better than the radio rip. I really like this song.

Nice catch. Not identical, but there are some similarities.
Definitely has that catchy factor that runs through some of U2's tracks.
I can easily picture this NIN track getting mainstream play.
