You could have just pulled down the pants to show you that you have big balls instead of getting a green, infected nail gauged out of your toe without painkiller like they did in the 1800's....LOL

Arrgh, I can feel your pain, I've battled that monster myself, several times.
I have been forced to seek medical aid, where they have perfomed surgical operations on booth my bigtoes, 3-5 times.
Last time was in February this year.
They sliced up both my bigtoes while listening to Led Zeppelin, very odd. They had to sew them back together, but i could remove the stiches myself without any help, something I add t my "creepy"-list.
Devlishly painish in those little parts all over, damn you toes!

I've had the same thing done on both my big toes. The pain will be gone within the week 
I found the most painful part the anaesthetic, I had one side of my toe done and over the course of the week the other side went bad and infected when I took the bandage off for the first operation the other side of my toe was completely infected, the whole side of my toe was yellow, so back I went to the doc. He put in the anaesthetic and waited a few minutes before beginning the procedure except I could feel everything, apparently the infection alters or prevents the anaesthetic working properly. It took 6 injections of local anaesthetic in one side of my toe before it was numb(ish), I could still feel it but it was distant sort of pain so I told him to just get on with the op Felt great once he'd cut the nail out though.
Did you watch the doc cut the nails out Tommie? I tried but it's fucking brutal how they do it and I felt queezy so I turned away lol.

Nah F that. I had my ipod with me so I just closed my eyes and turned up the volume of the music. I did not want to see or hear anything. I would have flipped if I'd have heard the nail crunching or something...:sick:
I just changed the bandage though, and it doesnt look that bad. I really thought that since they had to do both sides, I would only have like a little mohawk or something. But it hardly looks like he even cut anything off.

when you cut your toe nails...sometimes you leave a little burr on the ends when it is at the edge when the nail goes under the skin....if you dont get all the nail off the sharp peice could cut into the side of your toe and cause an infection...that is called an ingrown toenail cuz the nail physically grows into your toe

Yeah your nails just look normal after the operation, you'd never know you'd had it done.
