Axl is like the chick who gives the silent treatment. Id rather someone bash me in the fucking nuts than ignore me and thats what Axl does.
I started a thread at HTGTH once years ago "GNR fans have battered wife Syndrome" cause no matter how much abuse axl puts on us and how shitty he treats the fan base, we still remain loyal.

Baz won Gone Country last night. He said on the finale that he is going to record a country album with John Rich as the producer. I think it will be really good. I'm just a casual country music fan, but the five songs I heard him do during the show were really good. Throw in Axl on three country songs and we got a shit kicking album.

Please no. Don't even joke about that. Though I must admit, "Don't Drop That Dime" was one of my favorites off of Libertad. If that means anything.

Obviously. I think Baz would be the first one to admit he does them for money. Who knows, maybe he'd be successful with a country album. Jessica Simpson pretty much sucked as a pop artist, but since she's gone country she's been a big hit with the country folk. Sad to say because I really liked the album but a Baz country album would probably sell better than Angel Down.

The thing is, alot of these artists think they are doing something special to record a country album, and in reality those in the country business FUCKING HATE when contemporary artists do country albums. It undermines their work.
Baz doing country will go nowhere, just like Bret Michaels.
