No, that wasn't what I was saying.
I was saying CD is a GREAT opener for the album.
Just speaking in general, I think one of the problems with CD, is it's got so many influences all over the place, that I don't know if there's any song on the album that would be a good representation of the album. Everything is a bit different from the next. All that can really be marketed is songs that would have mainstream appeal, such as Shackler's or Better, and then leaving the 'ballad' singles to songs like Street of Dreams & TWAT, which basically sound like right off Illusion II, that keep that traditional GN'R sound.

My guess would be Better. Other than CD, or Street of Dreams (which being a ballad wouldn't be a good choice) it's the only known song worthy of a first single. I personally found Shackler's to Suck-lers!! Best case scenario is the three unheard songs are fantastic but after finding out that Prostitue is indeed song #2 I HIGHLY doubt it.
