Officially announce something with a press release, if there is anything going on.
It's not that hard.
Even ribfest and rocklahoma bands can still put out official announcements.
For a band to leave it's fans in the lurch as to whether or not they are playing shows is crap.

Actually, James I think that concert advisory system is onto something.
WE could have a GNR concert code system similar to the Bush administrations terror alerts.
For now all, these shows are code Ginger which = unknown status. : )

Good points, MikkaMakka.
Don't love or hate any of these guys, really have no emotional connection to any of them.
I'm starting to really like Ron, just for his constant attempts to remain a human.

Axl writes great lyrics.
Interestingly, I think the exception to his awesome lyric writing is the attempts at balls out rock since the AFD days, to me it just comes off as contrived.
The only lyrics I don't like on CD are Scraped.

Hung out with Mike Piazza several times when he was minor league ball player.

Isn't he playing HUGE domes/stadiums out in ASIA though?
How many people does Tokyo dome hold?
Maybe he could unload 1/2?
Sell the rest ot Big Lots?
