Just yesterday...highest selling debut album of all time now in the US! I have always thought they would re-certify this right before Chinese comes out....hope I am right. It also pushes Gnr to 42.5 million sold in the US.:mosh:

what is a shame is that even though this album is one of the most successful albums of all time, the members of the band (assuming the band gets 2$ per album sale) has only gotten around 7 million a piece from it. After taxes, that equates to around 3.5 million a piece. A lot of money to us for sure, but not nearly as much as they should have.

You could probably add another million or so a couple of years after CD is released, maybe pushing it in the top 10.
Pretty impressive, and will lead added credence to the band in the future, something we've already seen over the last years.
