I called it and while there is nothing mentioned about a ringtone, it is a message from slash.  He says something along the lines of "I'll check this periodically so leave me a message"

And THIS is why slash is and always will be the man.

It's a real scam and most of the time people don't know they have subscribed to the service until they get their bills, then they have a devil of a time trying to unsubscribe.

Not saying this is the case with Slash though.
