My argument is almost 40% of lead guitar parts of every song they ever recorded... were not originally recorded or wrote by Slash.
I never suggested Paul Tobias is "Guns N' Roses".
I'm saying that Paul Tobias wrote like not far off 20%, along with some of their best music and shouldn't be completely dismissed and a joke figure in the bands history, either recent or distant past.
The poll was obviously a joke, but my argument about Paul is not.

Yes it is actually. Axl himself said it is. I don't have the exact quote, but when asked what was keeping him from making a traditional GnR sounding album, he said Slash. If Slash created nothing and just played what others wrote, he could make that album with anybody on guitar.
So as soon as you convince Axl that he didn't need Slash to make that type of album, I'll start looking into your theory. Until then, it's a bunch of horseshit.

Slash wrote guitar parts for any orig material of guns from AFD, Lies, UYI1 and UYI2....regardless of who intially play Eb, Gb, Ab, Db on the guitar and called it back off bitch,
Exactly...those songs are dripping with Slash influence and work regardless of where the structure of a song originated. While Paul has his place, to rank him above Slash in the overall sound and development of AFD, Lies, and UYI1+2 is totally wrong.
