Re: Chinese Democracy given a Feb. 12 release date on Amazon UK
Pre-Order Price Guarantee
Amazon.com's price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and shipped. Whenever you pre-order a book, CD, video, DVD, video game, or software item, the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by Amazon.com between the time you place your order and the release date.
Thats my theory shot down then No idea why they list it now, just to stay up to date I guess.
Could the Amazon system be automated? If a product hasn't been marked as available by the given release date it automatically adds a further 3 months on to the expected release date unless they're tol otherwise by the record company?
I'm just guessing, either way I'm sure the album won't be out in 2009.

Is [Content/Copy-Protected CD] always written? I looked at couple random CDs there, saw one with [Enhanced] but most of them just seemed to be the album title only. Does this mean that there's a slight chance of this being somewhat legit?
Yeah, I know I'm grapsing for some hope here...
