Bought Becket, Truman Show, and Before The Devil Knows You're Dead on Blu-ray from Amazon. They're having a sale. My 12th grade AP English teacher made us watch Becket and I thought it was a hell of a movie. Truman Show I had to watch in college for a Philosophy of Film class. I liked that movie enough to write my semester research paper on it. And I recently watched Before The Devil Knows You're Dead through Netflix "On Demand" and thought it was a kickass movie. The reviews I found on these Blu-rays indicated really strong picture quality so I'm pumped to get these.

I keep meaning to check out Before The Devil Knows You're Dead

If there was ever a title I'd recommend blind-buying for you, it'd be this one. I think we have pretty similar tastes in movies so I'm sure you'd enjoy it. The film supposedly has awesome picture quality on Blu-ray.

Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Before-Devil-Know … 966&sr=8-2

The DVD is only $3.50 less at Amazon so it's a pretty good deal on the Blu-ray right now. You might want to hurry though. I just noticed that their Blu-ray sale (on 300 titles) is now over. I paid $16.49 for Truman Show and the price has gone back up to $19.99. I paid $17.49 for Becket and the price has gone back up to $20.99. If I remember right, Before The Devil Knows You're Dead has a regular price of $19.99 on there so I'm not sure how much longer it will be selling at the $16.49 price now that their BD sale is over.

I really liked this movie. I'm a big Paul Rudd fan and I laughed out loud. Recommended.

You know, I actually like my job quite a bit and I have a great boss. But there are those days where I come in and just stare at the computer screen for an hour (or longer) and get almost nothing done. Today was one of those days. I've had a bad cold the last few days and I actually stayed home from work Monday. My nose was running like a water faucet all day long, and when I tried to go to sleep Monday night, it was so distracting that I couldn't. So I made a late night Wal-Mart run out of desperation and bought some Zyrtec. I've been a Claritin user for years but at this point I think I'm immune to it because it simply hasn't worked very well the last few colds I've had. Anyway, the Zyrtec worked but it also helped make me drowsy today. I felt like total crap when I got to work this morning. It got better throughout the day but I just couldn't wait until 5 PM rolled around to get the hell out of there. It was just one of those days. Office Space does a good job portraying this kind of stuff. 16

Went to see that in the cinema... cool movie, though unfairly forgotten because of that "Dawn Of The Dead" remake.

"Quantum of Solace" on Blu. I love that movie. Maybe not quite as much as "Casino Royale," but it's a worthy follow-up and one of the better Bond entries.
