And Knight Rider was pretty lame. I know I didn't live through either show but the Muppets is still hilarious to me (have them on DVD) but every episode of Knight Rider I've seen (admittedly only about 3) has left me unimpressed.

There is nothing impressive about Knight Rider. I'm one of the 80's boys that steadfast stands behind the fact Airwolf was a better show than Knight Rider, yet KR gets all the credit.
Airwolf took itself seriously, was darker, had better stories, AND a better cast.
The only reason I voted for KR, was it was a show I grew up with and adored at one time. But like The Dukes of Hazzard & Batman '66, I grew up and saw it for the hokey cornball it really was.
