If you go to Page 1 of the topic you should be able to press "2" to go to Page 2. Trying to jump to far, for example jumping from page 1 to page 4, seems to be the problem.

From within a forum you can also try clicking on the "Last Reply" link in the end column. That should jump you to the last page, where you can scroll up.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm working to fix this now and believe the board will be better with friendly URL's, as they're known.
