Not as bad as SCOM that other time IMO. She even did the explosions at the same time. Did she need to ask Axl permission to perform this. She needs to time herself with the backround vocals, that is really my only complaint. She must dig GNR to keep covering them 
We can't compare her to GNR, I mean come on, there is no comparison.
She's No Axl Rose
If you're going to cover a super fabulous and famous song, either do it big or not at all. The Guns -N- Roses version of the Beatles' "Live and Let Die" was impressive. Fergie Ferg's version, on the other hand, fell a wee bit short. Here's her performance from the Movies Rock show. It reeks of cheese.

No. Its not his song. Anyone can perform any song they choose. VR could perform Madagascar and nothing would happen.
If permission was required, it would have to go through McCartney.

Only reason why as James said is because she performed the GNR version of it.
