I didnt like this when I first listened to The Slip a lot, but with a really good pair of headphones it's amazing.

The Slip takes a lot of unneeded heat. I think the fact he gave it away for free played a role in that. It's a solid album, and I think it was one of the best albums from last year.
Discipline was one of the catchiest songs last year. Trent was actually crazy unloading that for free because it certainly affected its potential damage to the charts.

Foreigner - Can't Slow Down (album)
This album is great. I'm not a massive Foreigner fan at all, but I am a Kelly Hansen fan. If you are a fan of AOR/Melodic Rock, this album is about as good as it gets. Solid production, enjoyable songs from beginning to end, catchy as hell... just great old school rock, with even a couple Dream Theater-isms. Current favorites - Can't Slow Down, I Can't Give Up, Give Me A Sign, Too Late, Angel Tonight, Fool For You Anyway...
