That can be a very very VERY difficult hole to get out of. good luck with that lol

Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an off hand way

Just as a kinda wrap up and stuff to the good advice givers here I'm finally starting to get over her. I feel the feelings I have/had for her are fading to just close friendship.
