Personally, at $10+ million, I think the deal is probably longer than a year, but who knows? Fortus originally said it was 6 months, but maybe there were sales targets to hit in order for them to release the exclusivity?

Any other clues?

Fortus has said a few things in the past that haven't turned out to be true, so I wouldn't take his word as gospel.  I'd say there's no signs of an end in sight.  Long live the Best Buy exclusive!  Besides, they're still waiting for that video they were promised.
