Sex Pistol John Lydon and designer Vivienne Westwood have led the tributes to the punk band's former manager Malcolm McLaren, who has died aged 64.

That's kinda wierd. I thought Johnny Rotten hated the guy.

He did, with a passion.

They either made up before Malcolm's death, John mellowed with age, or he's simply showing some respect towards Malcolm's next of kin.
