I like Bret. Sure he can have a flair for the overdramatic, but i've always thought his tendency for the emotional reeked of honesty.

He's always seemed like a good, down to earth, approachable dude.

I wish him the best, and really hope he pulls through this.

Never watched any of his reality stuff but I like quite a few of the old Poison songs.  They're just good straight up superficial fun to listen too.

Hope the guy pulls through ok!

Brain hemorrhaging is a serious issue, I hope he pulls through.  However, I couldn't help but laugh at what Gary Busey said.

The mortality rate for a second hemorrhage is quite high. I hope he makes it through this and nothing happens after that.

Gary Busey...now that's some funny shit. I had a stroke when I was 21 near the end of a three day coke bender. Being completely unaware of the signs at that age (or anything else for that matter) I didn't find it particularly alarming that my right leg became totally inoperable/unable to move. I lugged my lifeless right leg behind me for blocks-my foot sideways dragging on the ground. Totally oblivious what was happening to me, my left hip began to hurt after a while so I took a break, and sat on the curb smoking a cigarette. I finally made it home where I collapsed into bed, mystified by my paralyzed leg, but more concerned with sleep. When I woke up the next day it was fine and I didn't think anything of it.

It didn't occur to me until nearly 18 yrs later that I not only had a stroke, but smoked through it.

Thats not a stroke, sorry but you dont wake up the next day fine after a stroke.
My friend had a stroke at 25, blood vessel burst in his brain, he lost the use of one arm and took over a year of physio to get himself to 90%. And he was very lucky, he knew the signs, and managed to call an ambulance and post his keys through the letter box before collasping.

There are strokes a lot more serious than others. Some leave you permanently disabled, some you can overcome with physical therapy, and some are very temporary. My Grandfather had a stroke that didn't cause any paralysis at all, not even short term. So yes, Cramer very well could have had a stroke.
