He's too busy sucking Axl's cock all the time. Where's the tension going to come from? He's Axl's lap dog. Whatever Axl says or does is "fucking rock and roll" to DJ. Axl could go out and kill an old lady and DJ would probably say it's rock and roll because no other singer would have the balls to do that.

He's exactly what Guns N' Roses needs.
People didn't like Buckethead coz he looked like a freak to them although he was the perfect fit IMO. In Ashba you got someone who looks the part and can play the part, and he's not right? Blah...

Depends what you're looking for. I hear the best GNR solo ever created, regardless of technical difficoulty etc etc, you don't. Just taste.

Yeah, and I'm not convinced that bandmates need to hate each other to come up with good music either. That sounds a little crazy to me. Just like guys can't write good music if they're not on drugs. Myths. Axl has plenty of anger, he doesn't need conflict within the band.

as for DJ Slashba..I`m not and have never been impressed, but thats probably partly because I dont like Motley Crue much or any of Sixx AM and think its just boring.. maybe if I were 13 again i`d be stroking one out to it..maybe

Exactly. So there's plenty of time for DJ to start hating Axl, and vice versa.
Good point though. I don't think the guys hated each other when they were writing songs for AFD and that turned out pretty good.
