I don't why they'd make much effort, if they are gonna film this scene, the actor would basically spend 30 seconds on screen playing Axl getting owned by Cobain.

EDIT: Anyone who's dealt with Jared Leto knows what a cocky, oportunistic dick the guy is. He doesn't have the look, the charm, or the class to be Axl. He couldn't kiss Axl's shoes let alone fill them. That's just my opinion.
