Alot of this stuff should pretty much kill rumors that whatever happens in the next couple of days is a "tour announcement".

These guys are moving on to other things. Best case scenario, a tour launches for the Summer. I think there's several U.S. rock festivals in the summer, which they could headline, but they'd have to play with alot of the old hair metal guys. Baz has been doing it.

Which means if MSL has jack shit, then it's old old news and plans...so he can announce it for them...but that's he going to announce? "gnr WAS going to tour then release a follow up album...then it DIDNT happen"....axl pretty much said that himself 2 years ago almost....hahah...he's not telling us anything that's not already blatent from the chain of events.
