Re: SCOTT WEILAND Is A No-Show At VELVET REVOLVER's SUNDANCE Concert
I wonder what all this means for the scheduled VR show here in Detroit this weekend.
You'd better start practicing some songs!

You guys seem to want the band to break up.

Not me. I like the band and it's a shame to see them go. At the same time, the band has had its share of shit and controversy and it will be great for these guys to put it all behind them when all is said and done. Plus, an STP reunion was inevitable anyway.

i dont want them to break up either...i love both albums and i'm prolly one of the few who thinks that Libertad is an improvement on Contraband
I love STP though as well...but i think that VR still has potential to produce great material together so i dont want them to call it quits yet :wtf:

I don't buy that it was an accident that he missed the show. What I wonder is if it was a lack of interest in VR, pro STP reunion type of move, or if it's just Scott being flaky. Because that wouldn't bode well for STP to get back together.
Re: SCOTT WEILAND Is A No-Show At VELVET REVOLVER's SUNDANCE Concert
I only like a few songs from them, but a third album would be good to tidy things up. Basically what Audioslave did. After Cornell finished that third record, he was gone.
VR could always continue without Weiland. Not likely, but its possible.
