and attended a funeral of my great aunt to boot...and had a second great aunt pass away wile we were down there still they were 94 and 98 years of age so they both had full lives

It's ANZAC day here in Australia today, a day to reflect back on the lives lost in Gallipoli, and also in the other World Wars that followed. So sad that so many young lives were lost needlessly. War sucks.

I'm ashamed to say I had a bit of a relapse! I was good for months on end then got upset about some shit and stressed out at work and went on a caffiene bender for like 4 weeks. I'm detoxing again as of today.

It's quite bizzare how I find it addictive like most people do a real drug. Has to be the lamest thing ever.

I'm going to slim down a little, generally stop filling my body with crap and sort of try and get healthier overall.
