Tornado Outbreak

I just got power back after a major tornado outbreak yesterday. There are places near me where the entire town is closed because so much of it was destroyed. I can't even begin to describe the scene. I know D lives in the area - has anybody seen him on since yesterday?

Thanks guys. It's been surreal. You see it on TV and it doesn't do it justice.

I think the area where D lives was ok - he may just not have power. There's a lot of that going around.

News said 280+ people are dead overall, and they keep finding more.

I have no idea if that number is accurate.

Glad you're ok and I should send D an email to see if he's ok. I have relatives that live in the midwest(Missouri and Arkansas). A tornado hit Joplin in the mid 90s when I lived there and my apartment building was shaking like an earthquake was happening. Scary shit indeed.

I think D is in Chattanooga (sp). I am in Birmingham, we got tornados yesterday morning, then again late yesterday afternoon.. Freaking 2 mile wide tornado... Freaking nuts. Tuscaloosa is leveled. Cullman, leveled. Pleasent Grove and Cordova, leveled. The destruction is out of control. Very sad, my house however is perfectly fine.
