I believe in ghosts.
When I was nineteen my grandfather came to live with my parents as he was on his last legs with cancer. He died in my bed in my old bedroom (I had moved out at this stage).
About a week later I was in the room just looking for something and I turned around and he was in the fucking bed just looking back at me. I can still remember his face, grey and sad just staring impassively back at me.
I turned around blessed myself and asked God to make him go away (Irish Catholic Voodoo people!!).
When I turned around he was gone. I went to the bathroom and vomitted and shit myself transparent I got such a fright. I was eighteen, sober and this was about 7pm in the evening.
I told my Dad and he didn't seem surprised, he said he'd seen him too, out walking on the road he used to take to work for 35 years. Middle of the day, in his totally recognisable hat and coat, small old guy walking the road. When he stopped the car and looked around he was gone.
Anybody have shit like this happen to them?
I rented a house where all sorts of weird shit happened to the three of us there which we put down to too much drugs and alcohol. I used to see a small girl in a blue dress in my room sometimes or on the stairs (usually when i was out of my mind).
We actually spoke to a woman that used to live in the same house. She said to me 'have you seen the little girl in the blue dress yet?' That fucking freaked us out!!
She told us that the children who lived in there were attacked by a molester who used to babysit them and the family moved out once it all came out and he went to jail. Nobody was murdered there, yet this little girl had been seen by several people. Weird.
We don't know the half of it.
Maybe we should have a thread for peoples ghostly experiences?

Is this story real, I seen reports that its a mistranslation and the buildings were real and the video was actually just about how strange the buildings and trees looked because of the fog and mist blocking out the rest of the landscape.
