See. The next move is to get her alone, your place or hers, and start talking. It will eventually lead to THE conversation of "are we or aren't we?" If it doesn't, nudge it in that direction.
Maybe talk about doing something that would take you away for the weekend (make sure its something YOU KNOW she'd want to do, too). See if she hints about going. That's something good in itself. And kind of throw in something like, "Aren't you supposed to be making out with that dude, or something?" Say it with a smile, joke about it.

she holds my hand when we're walking. we cuddle on the couch. To me we're dating but I guess a guy's gotta actually say it I suppose.
Yeah i've never understood that either. To me it's like sitting down at a restraunt, ordering a 3 course meal and wine, and then mid way through announcing "Ladies and Gentlemen, we are now engaging in dinner". It's so fucking obvious. Like from your description to me it's clear you guys are already dating...but I guess maybe that's what I also do wrong

The only reason they do it, is because they're stupid, they sit around reading Cosmo and talking with their girlfriends and they buy into that "make a guy jealous" thing.
All it does is DRIVE US AWAY and PISS US OFF ladies.
Don't do it. Nothing will get me to tell a chick to hit the bricks quicker than bullshit just like that. Don't need it, don't care for it, don't have time for it. Done with that bullshit.

Life is too short to date little girls who play games. Don't participate, don't get angry, just move on to the next girl. It's as simple as that.
I'd rather be single then have any kind of relationship with a girl who plays head games.
