he must've just had an off night in Rio...you dont build stamina and turn aournd the ability to hold notes longer in like less than a week....or maybe you do...i dunno....or maybe it was just axl was too high in the mix for RIO and he was almost naked like cuz the vocals were way out front, where this stream is a bit fuzzy so is more forgiving if he messes up? like rio was a soundboard mix and not necessarily a recording like this one where there is a mic in the building somewhere

I think they got an Iraq war vet from his home town to be the new monitor man, or something.

I think he thought he could roll out of bed and be Axl like i said in RIR thread
that look on his face was him realizing, OK time to get serious and do this right.
I think the festival thing prob throws off his schedule of warming up etc.... sounded like his voice just wasn't right.

maybe,,,like maybe he was rushed cuz the sched was so far behind so they were like fuck you and the 2 hour rehearsal shit and get out there and sing or the show is over...but you figure he woulda been mad out of the gate if that had happened...he didnt start getting mad until all the mistakes started to pile up
