Cliffs: Military guys talk about hovering crafts disabling nuclear weapons at bases.

I've heard things like this before.

What do you make of it? Little green men? Or military show of strength from some other country?

I'm convinced they exist. I even think they might be an earlier version of us.

For whatever reason they do not want to reveal themselves. I don't think it's all about government secrecy.

We usually don't interfere with tribes in Amazon either, if we discover new tribes. We leave them alone, not to fuck it all up for them. Sort of like that.

No big news this, there's much more to UFO's than little green men and bullshit tabloid articles out to make fun of people.

Try this one;

Try the Cometa report from France coming out late 90's written by top officials. They conclude it's real, it exists and should be taken seriously.

Yeah, that one is pretty much proof as far as I'm concerned.

The secrecy from a gov. standpoint is pretty rational when you think about it. If it were revealed that super advanced beings are out there people would quickly start demanding they resolve all of our problems, just as people want out current governments to do today.

Yes, we've learned from approaching lower level cultures in the past, and we're not making the same mistake again. Only logical they are hesitant at approaching us, but rather observing from whatever place they can, as hidden as possible. It's real. Cometa report is good enough for me.

And? Come on man, what kind of contribution is that? We're gonna rehash some old thread or suppose it contains answers?

Not to be an asshole...but that's no way to threat a subject of such potential.

I just didn't want to repeat myself. 16 , especially such long posts. While I am a conspiracy buff as much as the next guy, I just don't think all these air craft everyone sees are from an advanced alien race. The chances are slim to none. Anything advanced enough to hop from galaxy to galaxy could be detected and so far all we have is silence.

Take into account the Fermi paradox and a moment of technological singularity, we may be the only advanced intelligence in the universe. If life is common then these aliens have no reason to observe as we're nothing special. If we are special AND they are here, then life is in fact rare and somehow an advanced race found a needle in a haystack.

Unless we're the singularity (or part of it). If some robot/probe discovered us or maybe even seeded us, we don't have to be special. We're just crop of the week.

Anything advanced enough to hop between stars (or galaxies) I'd suppose is also advanced enough to remain hidden, if they want to. Think of our satellites in regards to tribal societies only more advanced.

Obviously not all are alien crafts, probably just a very small percentage, but the amount of people witnessing about it, important people, is growing rapidly. So either it has to be true or we're dealing with a massive conspiracy to fool us into believing it. Personally I don't think humanity is capable of such a conspiracy. From what I've seen, and it's a lot, there's simply no evidence for that kind of capability. In fact, a lot of what happens down here can almost only be explained by an alien or supernatural presence.
