the Coors one is funny cause that's always been the knock on it. What idiot can't tell when his beer is cold enough that he needs a blue colour on the can to indicate it for him.

I liked the idea of Crystal Pepsi. I thought it was a cool novelty. It lasted a short while but it was fun.  I remember it but I remeber it tasting different than regular Pepsi. Maybe I'm just misremembering.

6. TBS’s Aqua Teen Hunger Force

“In January 2007, Turner Broadcasting System Inc.'s promotion of its TV show Aqua Teen Hunger Force, which featured small electronic light boards with one of the series' characters, triggered a bomb scare in Boston.” 5 The little critters also appeared to be flipping the bird.

Someone actually thought this was a cute idea.  Sorry…not all PR is good PR.

The Moon Rulez #1.

I can't believe they didn't include the big build up before one of the olympics about 20 years ago.  It was a big rivalry between 2 track stars ("Dan and Dave" sounds right but I don't remember) and neither of them ended up qualifying for the olymics that year.  I think it was Reebok, but it was shoes for sure.

Edit, Google is my friend http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dan_%26_Dave  Evidently one of them did make the olympics but the other one didn't.

Probably a month ago I was made to feel old as hell when I said something about Clear Pepsi to the guy that sits next to me at work, and he had no idea what I was talking about

I remember getting into the Crystal Pepsi fad, and I drank tons of it at the time they were making it.

I thought it was cool. It tasted just like Pepsi (which I hate today), but was clear like 7-Up or soda water. Kinda unique.

In hindsight though Bono thinking about it, I do remember it being sweeter than regular Pepsi.

As I kid I kept hoping and asking "when is Coke coming out with Crystal Coke?" (because I liked Coke more) 16

And yes, it does make me feel old also. If you talk about Crystal Pepsi today "to the kids" they think you've turned into senile Abe Simpson... and i'm not even that old.

I remember whatever year Crystal Pepsi was released, a bunch of us were in downtown Boston on New Years Eve, and the Pepsi people were just handing out hundreds of free bottles everywhere. And everywhere you went, the ground was covered with mostly full bottles of it.
