I'll try to find out answers to both.
Actually there are fans all the time that make fan-inspired shirts for films without securing the legal rights, because they are not mass distributing it.
As far as I know
I have a couple exclusive Halloween I, II & III custom t-shirts that are pretty bad ass that were just fan creations thrown on Hanes t-shirts.

Sweet! Found out they are doing the marathon over in my area; so I may do it with my friends if they are into the idea or I'll just see the movie on it's own since I own the first two films on DVD already.

TDK - 152 minutes
TDKR - 164 minutes
12 minutes longer with each new movie.
