I prefer TDK but only cos of Ledger, without him as Joker they are on a level for me. I suspect TDKR might fit somewhere between the two. In general though the reviews are excellent! Roll on saturday!

The most "negative" thing I've read so far in more than a few reviews is that this film is much closer to Begins than TDK. Reviews have mentioned that a lot of people will be disappointed by that and I can see why.
I personally am about even with BB and TDK. I like both but for different reasons so if this one leans more toward the tone of BB, that's totally fine by me.
That's cool with me. I sort of love TDK a little more than Begins; but I'm cool with what direction the film is going for and from all the great reviews I've seen, I'm going to love it.

I've been trying to organise an IMAX screening with my friends, and the soonest we might be able to all go see it is in August!!!!
I don't know if I can hold out that long. Might have to go see it in regular before then, then see it again in IMAX

Go for it man! I'm hoping to catch it somewhere on Saturday since the theater 3 minutes away from my house is completely packed now due to the big films like this coming out.
