I think so.  The Dolphins have a long way to go.  Not sure Vince Lombardi could coach that team up at this point.  I actually liked what I saw of the guy from Hard Knocks.  Of course, that's a very limited view.  Dolphins have a pretty solid defense, but they severely lack in the WR and DB department.

As for the timeout he called prior to the blocked FG.  That stuff happens.  Rex Ryan called a similar timeout as DC for the Ravens back in 2007 when Baltimore was just about to knock off the undefeated Patriots.  The timeout negated the probable game ending play by the Baltimore defense.  That stuff happens.  I don't really like the "icing the kicker" timeout.  Especially when you let the team get the kick off.  It's like giving them a practice kick, snap, and hold before they do the real thing.  But lots of teams do it.

At what point do people get concerned about the Packers offense?  Now granted they've played 3 very good defenses to start the season, but they have looked quite bad to this point.  Rogers has been sacked EIGHT times in the FIRST HALF tonight against the Seahawks.  That's not very efficient offense.  I have to figure there's too much talent there for this to continue too much longer.  The first "average" defense they go against is probably in for a world of hurt.  But so far, not so good.

Here's what we know: they aren't as good as they used to be.  In the recent past, a good D didn't stop them.  Their O-line is playing about as bad as the Bear line...even a great QB like Rodgers looks human when facing that kind of pressure.

It wasn't just that stupid time out. You can understand that. It was the entire play calling in that 2nd half.

If Ireland is fired, which I hope he is, and they bring in a new GM, I can't see them not making a play for Cowher. A lot of people don't know, but Fisher really wanted to come to Miami, but Ireland refused to give him control over draft picks, FAs and personnel, which is why he picked a guy who he could basically push around.

What an awful fucking call to end a game and give it to the Seahawks.  They really need the regular refs back.

One guy (rightfully) calls an int.  The other guy calls a TD.  They go with the TD and GB loses.

There were close to 25 penalties in this game combined.  Not only are most of the calls wrong, they're making this stuff unwatchable.

You know who liked that call?

The regular refs 16

To be fair, the regular refs probably blow that call too.  It's virtually impossible real-time to call it and the replay by rule can't overturn it even if it clearly shows someone possessed it first based on what they said on TV.

I'd also say GB never scores a TD without help from the refs, so while this play gets all the attention, it is not why GB lost the game.
