Repairs were made Wednesday and yesterday. Talked to my account manager today and she said she was shooting for Monday or Wednesday closing. I just want to buy the damn house. Lol. Can't these people hurry up!

At least they're being detailed about it.

My parents house, the inspector breezed through it, gave the A-okay, then all of the sudden all these repairs creeped up within a year. Total suckage.

Oh yeah, I totally appreciate it. I had it inspected twice before the actual appraisal took place, so I felt confident it was in good shape. I'm keeping my ringer on at all times until I get "the call" lol.
