I coudln't really hear Myles on that Civil War which for me might be a goo thing but holy shit does Slash rip man.
I know people have argued before that this is bullshit but the tone/vibe/feel whatever you want to call it, tat Slash plays with i exactly what's missing from Guns N' Roses. When I hear Slash play even in that Serial Killer clip I hear Guns N' Roses yet when I listen to Guns N' Roses 2.0 (or is it 3.0 now?) no matter how good the guys are I just don't hear Guns N' Roses.
Can't explain it. Slash's playing is made to go with Axl's voice and vice versa. That's all really and when one is missing from the other it's such a glaring omission for me it's hard to get past it. It's like cereal without milk. I love me some Corn Pops but when there's no milk it's pretty hard to appreciate them the same way

They didn't play Civil War for a while. I think it's not a coincidence that CW made the setlist in Bucharest. It was first released on the Romanian Angel charity album. Slash does care.
