Has anybody checked this out?
I don't know what to think about it. It definitely makes it easier to access the technology that's already in our every day lives. I know right now they're offering "explorer kits" for fuckin 1500 dollars. If they made the price more consumer friendly, it's definitely something I'd want to toy around with. Also, POV porn will never be the same.

It's insane, that's what it is. I cant get over the fact that I'd feel like such a chump wearing them out and about. Plus, round my way I'd probably be mugged for them, so they could be sold on in some cash converters store.
And watching the videos, these things seem great if you do extreme sports of some kind 99% of the time and want to film it, or risk death by being distracted by the weather while doing a 360 superman on a trails bike.
Google ran a campaign on Twitter #ifihadglass asking people what they would do if they had these glasses.
Levi Burton responded: "#ifihadglass It would be a downgrade. -Geordi La Forge"
I thought that was awesome.

That's pretty crazy. Not sure if I like it. It's a cool idea. But when does it stop? Is google gonna track everything and basically use our eyes against us? That's be a pretty cool movie plot actually.
