I kept running into this thread while on my phone and meant to get back to it when I could type better. I'm sorry bout that. 
I'm totally stuck on the show though. I love the brutality and the sketchy alliances(honor among thieves) that took hold at the tail end. Love most of the epic fights, and the mix of characters is pretty awesome. Love that the deck seems to be cleared for a new set of problems next season, though it will be interesting to find out how they'll continue.
I'm thinking that the sheriff's past will become the worst kept secret around, and that Banshee will adopt him and lie for him as a group.
One thing I'm hating that's popped up in all the shows lately though is the full song montage towards the end of every episode.

Excellent character development. Kai Proctor is the perfect evil man, but hood needs him and he needs hood. I like that Hood is a little guy that doesn't take shit from anyone. I even find the transsexual and Sugar to be captivating.

Do a marathon and catch up, that said, it doesn't take long and you can enjoy it if you don't know anything. The show is perfect.

That is right BLS.. It doesn't try to be complex and be something it is not. A simple man can understand this shit, that said, it is highly entertaining and good acting. It is like the AC/DC of shows, you know what your are getting but it kicks ass every fucking time. Walking Dead should watch Banshee on how NOT to drag season a long.
