By comparison the air canada centre holds 19800 max for concerts

2002 acc sold out at 16000
2006 acc sold out at 13051
2010 acc sold out at 21000
2011 they played Hamilton instead of Toronto with attendance of 7000 (19k capacity for concerts, the 2010 Hamilton show attendance was 6500)
