I'm glad you survived and are okay.
Here my brush with an idiotic driver:
I got my ankle fucked him pretty badly when I was was walking to park years ago. Some guy turned while I was walking across the street (he was talking on his cell phone too) and hit me square in the ankle. I had to go to rehab for a few months since it was a severe sprain. I guess I should consider myself lucky that he was going at a slow speed.

People are truly imbeciles. Glad you're OK. If you thought you felt a little whiplash then, you'll most certainly feel it afterwards (next few days.)
If it were me, I'd grab a contingency lawyer real quick. Especially for a jerk-off like that, they deserve it.

Funny you should mention a lawyer. One of the witnesses to the crash came by my house yesterday telling me he knew a lawyer that wanted to take the case and asked me for my number. He had also taken pics after the crash which blew me away. I assume this eye witness will be earning some sort of commission.

It started on thenewguns back in 2005. I don't remember the name of the guy but he had clearly put some thought into his theory. He made an alright case for it but obviously he was wrong. I wish it had been properly archived.
