I've tried a few times over the years to watch & educate myself on this sport, but it's never took. People tell me it helps to experience it live, where you get to sit around for 4/5hours drinking and eating and hanging out while something mildly distracting happens in the background.. which I can see the appeal of. But as for a tv sport it's something that's never managed to capture my imagination.

Tonight is threatening to change that. It's a pretty fun story that's unfolding. So I'm going to try me stay up & watch it.

I've a feeling as a neutral I'm meant to be cheering on Chicago..??

Chapman throws upwards of 100 mph though and he's waiting in the wings. Not impossible, but I don't like Cleveland's chances with 9 outs to go. A shame 2 runs scored off misplays/miscommunication in CF. Could be a 1 run game.

I love how the next pitch could be a 2 run home run or an inning ending double play. The World Series is both a chess match and suspenseful roller coaster.
