Sorry guys. I just think that flag represents ignorance. Ignorance that most people view its display as childish and in poor taste. Regardless of what it means to you, it's common knowledge that many find it offensive. Knowing this and choosing to create awkwardness and alienation by displaying it is stupid. The alternate interpretation of "I don't give a fuck what others think of me" is equally stupid for the aforementioned reasons.

It doesn't offend me, but when I see it I immediately assume I'm dealing with someone with an IQ of 100 or less.

Yes. I feel this way. Though I know those that respect it. But it so tainted one can't be associated with it anymore.

I agree but I actually think its brilliant. He's already showing the ability to be a teflon president and is also a mirror of our culture to an extent. Everybody wants to blame the other guy and play the victim. Now suck it up buttercup and salute your victim in chief. 13

Whether you like him or not......we deserve him.

Let's look at that tweet...about he could have just as easily won NY and California had he just spent a bit more time there.

He's right about Cali. I said it from day one even when I thought his campaign was a joke......if he campaigns heavily in Cali on the immigration issue and pounds the pavement til his knuckles bleed, he wins it. He didn't do that because like most republicans not named reagan he instantly assumes it will go blue. Now that he actually won he sees that he could've won the state.

At the core, student loans and scholarships aimed at assisting a poor person ascend to a college degree is good for everyone.

I agree....to an extent. Poor people who get good grades should most certainly be allowed the opportunity to go to college....but they cant allow anything with a pulse to get grants and loans for worthless degrees and in some cases wont even get those degrees.

I've known drug dealers who go to CA state just for the grants and easy access to new customers(students). Should Joe and Jill tax payer have to foot the bill for these types to go to college? Absolutely not. I'm not sure how to remove this element from the equation though.

When I say Asians routinely score better on math assessment tests, is that racism? Imagine a first generation minority student coming to the US and outperforming his/her white peers. How easy is it to say....that damn minority is getting a scholarship and an opportunity my son/daughter deserves because my genealogy in this country dates back one hundred years.

INteresting point but no I wouldn't call that racism. Look at the other angle......a white student with straight A's didn't get into the college they wanted because they accepted a black student with D's and F's thanks to affirmative action. Is that racism? Is it fair?

I won't waste my time if it's going to be dismissed.

Now that'll be a first.... 14

I'm staying out of the discussion, but it is curious how focused some of you are on racism.

Yeah I had no idea until this year that this was such a major issue here.

I'm not a liberal, I'm a moderate. I'm really not liked by Democrats!

14 Come on now. You keep saying that but you fall in line with everything blue and hate everything that can even be perceived as possibly red.  You'd follow Obama and Hillary through the gates of hell but you're a moderate? 15

You either accept reality, or you do not. Bannon is a racist and anti Semite, shown by his work at Breitbart alone.

This is true.....

I didn't even know what the hell Breitbart was until I joined your site and saw Art posting links to it. A few good points here and there but I throw it in the rense/infowars category overall.

Trump is also packing his cabinet with lobbyists. I guess they'll deny that too.

Peachy keen.....

but I think America's going to turn on them. Ivanka probably the most. She needs to shut down her stupid clothing & shoe lines with products made in sweatshops selling for $100+.

I disagree on Ivanka. Country is going to LOVE her. We basically have a Kardashian as the president's most high profile kid. Will media outlets be negative towards Ivanka? Of course. Will the general public gobble up Ivanka like Roseanne Barr on a loose meat sandwich? Absolutely.

He's been great? It's just a few days since the election. He hasn't done much of anything other than meet Obama, tweet the usual crap, give a speech and talk to 60 minutes....he's been great!!!

No offense but this goes both ways SLC. He is getting heavily criticized even though its only been days.

Trump bringing people together. Give this man the peace prize.

Not a joke...he deserves it. Obama got one for absolutely nothing so give one to Trump as well. At least he's trying to ratchet down the chances of WWIII....which is more than Obama did when he won the prize.

Trumps son in law is his closest advisor, another reason there's a stink he's trying get him security clearance. Christie prosecuted his father, very publicly. He sent him to jail and had a press conference to totally humiliate him. Looks like pure retribution.

I guess he shouldn't be surprised Trump isn't licking his ass and probably should've seen which way the wind was going to blow.

Essentially...prior to the election last week...300,000 REGISTERED voters in Wisconsin still had not obtained the proper voter ID. Bare in mind that while simultaneously requiring some of the most strict voter ID laws in the country,

I'm sick of this voter ID shit. Its not rocket science for fucks sake.

Lets make it as simple as possible....bring your drivers license or ID to vote.....fuck...even your SS card. If you're still too stupid to vote, tough shit. I'm sick of people pretending that its hard to vote. Even illegals and dead people figure out a way to cast votes but breathing American citizens find it difficult?!?

You think Clinton knows who Rogers is?  Think she's drinking a beer while eating some cheese talking about what model Harley she prefers? Milwaukee and Wisconsin in general is a bastion of white working class who heavily favored Trump.

I wish Icould find the video but there's no chance as I have no idea where the event was held or what state. It was the 2008 election during the primaries. She was at some event and hanging around a bunch of guys. Clearly a photo op of course but it got awkward when she was handed a huge mug of beer. She was clearly uncomfortable and wanted out of there immediately. She was out of her element. As they were taking pics, she put the mug up to her lips but didn't actually take a drink yet everyone standing next to her did. I knew that anyone in that state who watched that video would not vote for her.

People like Reagan, Kennedy, W, and even Bill can pull off those 'common man' moments and mingle but she cant.

I will not be put in the position of defending Hillary....

14

But someone wearing a burka was able to get Huma Abedin's manhattan ballot because they don't require ID.

That's disgusting.

This is why the snowflakes are smashing windows, beating up Trump supporters and calling for the assassination of Trump and the rape of his wife. If you've ever wondered how France's Reign of Terror happened, observe the anti-Trump protests — the main result of which is to convince people who had misgivings about voting for Trump that they did the right thing.

Absolutely.

All this is the consequence of the Democratic Party's decision in the 1970s to get rid of all the normal people.

14

That was actually a good article by Coulter.

She's got to be on the team. Press secretary please....with a cherry on top.

I find it very strange that Liberals in the US defend the idea that you should be able to vote without proper ID. Just make an ID mandatory to have for every adult, make it easy to acquire and free of charge and all problems are solved, no? That's how virtually the rest of the civilized world does it...

I don't understand the idiocy either.

However, there are places in this country where you have to wait hours in line to even vote.

There's an alternative that literally takes five seconds and zero effort....its called an absentee ballot. You don't even have to leave your damn house to vote. YOu do need a postage stamp so maybe that's too much of an effort or too complicated for some voters.

I walked into my voting booth in voted in five minutes. Why is it so difficult to vote in some areas? Doesn't anyone find that a bit curious?

No. Its one of those issues where the rest of us are supposed to pretend its difficult. I've been voting since I was 18 in two states...one red and one blue.....zero difficulties.

There are almost no DMVs in Milwaukee proper. Scott Walker shut them down.

There's something called the internet. The DMV is on it. Every dipshit has a smart phone. Let them get smart and use it for something other than FB or Pokemon.

I agree. Milo is a piece of shit, but he only has a following because even bigger, more worthless turds find him compelling.

I had to google the guy to know exactly what he does. I saw Breitbart and closed the tab.

I have a feeling he's one of those types who would probably go away if liberals would stop giving him so much attention.

Never before have I seen a president, or president elect, tell his constituents to "stop it" when a reporter brought up their aggressive racism towards other Americans.

Which interview was this?

THis racist thing could go back and forth for eternity. Its not consistent to begin with so it becomes a merry go round. You pick and choose which version to be outraged against. Someone in the KKK endorses Trump? Outrage. Someone posted an article showing a member of the KKK endorsed Hillary. Nobody cares. Obama and his family go to a church for twenty years listening to his preacher bitch about Whitey? Peaches and cream. Farrakhan endorses Obama? Peaches and cream.

Racism is not something that's supposed to be cherry picked. It loses its impact when it becomes something to score political points.
