That's a good point. All it will take is a group of Twitter users to demand Live Nation boycott GN'R/Axl for singing about immigrants, faggots and niggers. He'll never be able to play a stadium again

But then radicals and racists won't be able to go either. There's a difference between a rock star writing a song and a state attorney general wrongfully prosecuting Civil Rights workers. One is a young drunk punk writing a hateful song. The other is a political leader abusing his power. One has more impact than the other.

I don't like Sessions' immigration stance. However Consider this: Jeff Sessions desegregated schools, broke the KKK in AL, and killed its leader--and Democrats are still calling him a racist.
