After all the talk about email servers and exposing classified info, Trump is having conversations on unsecured Trump Tower phones, his own cell phone and world leaders are calling the Trump Tower switchboard and talking to secretaries.

I don't know what setup they have, but classified cell phones with built in encryption are a pretty common thing. You're average person isn't going to have one (the only people I saw with one was Admiral Mullen who was the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs at the time and the General of DISA), but your senior leaders are going to have them.
Without knowing the subject of their discussions, I don't know if they need to be on a secure line. If they're just exchanging greetings and talking over policy, you wouldn't use a secure line anyway.
I'm not saying this is right, but the media are the least qualified people to have an opinion on this issue as they thought Clinton did no wrong with her email usage - they don't understand how classification and security work. The play is art, not his statement. And nobody is suggesting he is not allowed to do it, he's just being called out for being an ass.
That's a bit of a silly distinction to make, of course they aren't going to change the play to comment on the election outcome. But it's the artist's platform, that's what matters. As for him being an ass, I disagree... he politely voiced his concerns and did not take any potshots.

Well, it's a good thing you mention it, because apart from greed, little has done more to hurt artistic expression than the leftist censorship campaign. Film makers and producers are now afraid to talk about certain things, in this society where freedom of speech is supposed to be one of the main virtues. Many countries have outright criminalized it. The UK in particular are throwing people in jail for all sorts of silliness. One town made it a hate crime to approach women.
We firmly agree on this, like I said before: although I'm clearly on the left on most social issues, nothing trumps freedom of speech and individual liberties for me. As a matter of fact, I happen to be of the opinion that those two things are one and the same: you can't be socially progressive if you don't believe in individual liberties.
That shit is exactly why Trump is President.
Yes, you're right. You're also delusional if you truly believe that Trump will change any of that, especially after his tweets about wanting the theater to be a safe space, not even two weeks after winning the election.

I'm not sure I have a good argument as to why, perhaps I'm just naively hoping that most them are fake, but I'm inclined to agree with you on this. I sincerely hope a good deal of those are just ill-advised posers on twitter trying to get a bunch of retweets.
Most of them were verified by reputable news sources, eyewitnesses, or video. I did consider some could be fake, but there's no doubt it's happening.

In one instance, a Trump supporter spit on our reporter outside Trump Tower in Chicago. We chose not to report it.
Well, that's disheartening then... Although Buzz is right about the people on the fringes getting all the attention, so it's still very likely a limited phenomenon (I hope). I just wish our right-wing friends would acknowledge that the same goes for the left. You know #NotAllLiberals are SJW's and all that...

Not trying to start an argument, just want your opinion as classified material was an issue for you with Clinton. General Flynn showed classified info to foreign armies twice. Should that alone disqualify him from a cabinet position?

As far as Hamilton goes the cast was inappropriate however Trump should let that shit go. Mike Pence was pretty classy about it. I don't remember any conservatives lecturing Barack like this. So it was pretty lame but not a big deal.
Let's hope he selects Mitt Romney as the SOS.

Most of these people will be in for a shock when Trumps presidency starts and nobody gets moved or deported anywhere.
THose in for the biggest shock are the US cities Trump is already talking about pulling federal funding for keeping their cities as "safe havens" for illegal immigrants.
He was never going to build a literal wall. There are other ways to keep them out or limit the flow and that's why certain cities are having caniption fits. No more fed money for every illegal you beg into your state.

Exactly what I was talking about before. A moderate would've said it sums up both sides pefectly. ON election morning we heard all this peace, love, and unity from Hillary voters "no matter how the election turns out" and then hours later they're spewing continuous venom and acting out with protests and riots.
