Hillarys lead in the popular vote now well over 2 million....

Thank god we're a republic and have the electoral college. 2 or 3 states shouldn't dictate how the rest of the country lives.

That map is quite misleading....Chicago isn't even blue?

Am I supposed to be impressed by all those counties in the mountain west that Trump won with 400 people in them? Sooooo impressive....There's like 5 states in there with less than 1 million people in it total.

Oh I know...Trump both simultaneously loves the electoral college and doesn't believe in it...  16:haha:

It's Breibart, it doesn't matter. What matters is that Randall, Smoking and pollux believe it.

Breibart's justification is that the blue counties/cities they excluded from the map were elitist counties so their vote didn't matter.

Lol, our Presidental election is based upon land mass, didn't you know that?!

I do agree with Randall tho that if we did away with the EC altogether, people would only focus on LA, NYC, & Chicago.  That said, for 200 years I think it only happened twice that someone won the pop vote but lost the EC.  Now, 2 of our last 3 Presidents have been chosen that way. Maybe its time to look at how each state has been allocated, as our demographics are changing.

The majority of votes should dictate the election. We're telling people in several states their votes don't matter. Christ, all they focus on now are swing states anyway. It would put all 50 states in play.

It is true....I'll bet they didn't even question that map...
